Throughout my career I dedicated myself to take the long game approach.  No shortcuts, no excuses, just the mindset that little by little I can chip away to become better.

I have always felt better knowing I woke up every morning with the intention to be better at something, whether that was on the soccer field or in my life outside of soccer. 

I knew that the work I put in every single day would eventually pay off in the end. BEtter.Every.Day reminded me to trust the process and to take each day as it comes.
